Haglöf Sweden AB has its origin in Haglöfs Mekaniska, the company who started the production of increment borers in Mora , Sweden , in 1943. In 1971, the company moved to Langsele and was named Ingenjörsfirma I. Haglöf AB. After moving into current premises in Langsele by the end of the 80ies, the entire building was renovated and rebuilt and the company renamed to current Haglöf Sweden AB. The Research and Development department, assembling, order and shipping, administration and marketing department - all are gathered in these nearly 2000 sq m bright and spatial facilities. The production of all Haglöf products takes place in the community of Solberg in recently extended factory- and office building.

The Haglöf family manages Haglöf Sweden , with president Stefan Haglöf as the fourth generation running the company. With a main office staff of 22 persons, a flat organisation and a short decision ladder, the Haglöf Sweden staffs are all personally involved in their work and carry a great part in the last year's successful product development and sales increase.
